Devon Girls' Performance Coach - Expression of Interest

The Devon County Ladies’ Golf Association is seeking to recruit a Devon Girls’ Performance Coach.

The successful PGA Professional will be required to deliver a 6 session programme to our new Girls’ Squad. Sessions aim to inspire each golfer and motivate them to increase their participation, retention and progression in golf and their County journey. The Devon Girls’ Performance Coach will also be required to attend the Devon Girls’ County Championship.Remuneration for this role will be £35 per hour and is on a self-employed basis. Personal expenses (such as travel, accommodation and subsistence) are not covered and the responsibility for these arrangements remain with the individual.

2. You and Your Coaching Please tell us why you are right for this opportunity. The successful candidate will have to provide individual squad member reports, which are electronically delivered after every session, and communicate with each individual’s home coach. The successful applicant will work closely with the Devon County Ladies’ Coach. Session plans and reports to be forwarded to and discussed in detail with the DCLC.
