Devon Junior Girls Team match v The County Vets Team

The Junior Girls team played a better ball match against the County Vets Team at Bigbury on Monday 13^th February. The result was a 3-1 win for the girls team, the  hard fought match with  the girls captain Laura Tregelles and fellow club mate Beth Yeoman, against Liz Hunt and Mary Dummett  finishing on the 18^th to give the Vets their only win.

There were some outstanding performances despite the cold weather and congratulations go to all the girls who played. Caitlin Evans Brand was representing the County Girls for the first time and had a resounding result with her team mate Chloe Howard.

Thanks go to the Ladies for organising the match and to the parents who support and transport their daughters.

Molly Haslem and Amie Walker won 3/2 against Chris Lester and Shelagh Dean

Chloe Howard and Caitlin Evans- Brand won 7/6 against Sue Jones and Vicky Dimmock

Kerry Hurd and Emily Morey won 4/3 against Dawn Egan and Faye Pannell
